How did it all start, and who are we?

Ejvinds Bakery was founded by Ejvind Jørgensen in 1956, and has since been active as physical bakeries in Denmark. 
The Bakery is now run by the son, and grandsons of Ejvind.

In 2020 during the pandemic, Ejvinds lost a significant part of its turisem which resulted in a revenue drop.
This resulted in Ejvinds opening its own Webshop selling luxurius Cookies, which will be freshly made after each order, and shipped straight out of the oven to the costumer.
The concept started in Denmark, but soon after the launch, we started noticing more and more German and Swedish costumers asking for the Cookies, so we slowly opened up for more countries.
As of today Cookies by Ejvinds is shipping to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and Finland.
