Ejvinds is a Danish bakery founded in 1956 by Ejvind and Lissi Jørgensen.
The bakery was then sold to their oldest son Merrild Jørgensen, back in 1988.
Today Ejvinds Bakery is still in the family, and is driven by Merrild and his wife Ilse, and their 3 sons, Mads, Jeppe and Oliver Jørgensen.
